Miami’s Fight Song

Miami University Men’s Glee Club, led by Raymond Burke, presented its first program on Feb. 28, 1908, in the opening concert for Hall Auditorium (formerly Benton Hall). For the first time, Miami students heard their fight song. Now it’s a common anthem at all intercollegiate events.

Love and honor to Miami
Our college old and grand,
Proudly we shall ever hail thee,

Alma mater now we praise thee,
